What Are Holistic Homes and Businesses?

Holistic homes and businesses are filled with spaces that help promote wellness. When everything is decluttered, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, it can have such a positive impact on our overall health and well-being. It can bring an enormous sense of peace.

Getting our homes and businesses in order can be quite the task. Not many people have the extra time required to take care of everything. Things can get so busy between family life and career obligations, that there is often very little time left to spare, if any at all. This is where a professional organizer can step in and make a huge difference.

Professional organizers help their clients get their homes and businesses in order. We work one-on-one with our clients to figure out exactly what their individual needs are. We create custom spaces and organizational systems to meet those individual needs. An investment in a professional organizer is an investment in your overall health and well-being.

  1. This is a great description. I find that many people prioritize decluttering over the aesthetics. I agree that focusing on both organizing solutions as well as making the space aesthetically pleasing is a good idea.

  2. I think people tend to discount organizing as “making things look nice,” rather than focusing on this important point about it being part of wellness. We tend to live easier when our things are organized, which is good for our bodies and minds. We tend to have more time for current endeavors when we are organized, which is great for pursuing our priorities. And of course, organized spaces are easier to clean and maintain, which directly impacts physical health.

  3. You’ve identified the exact reason why professional organizing is different from the pop culture image of decluttering to make things to look pretty rather than making them functional, to support a happy, healthy, life.

  4. I also love your definition of a holistic home! Who wouldn’t want a home “filled with spaces that help promote wellness.” Great post.
